About RSA

A shared language
Different experiences

So there are people you can turn to

We are building a noncommercial community of Russian-speaking aviation professionals. A place to connect, share experience openly and support one another at different stages of our professional lives.

Who belongs here

Pilots from every background, from students to airline captains. Flight attendants, instructors, air traffic controllers, engineers, maintenance specialists and other aviation professionals. And those taking their first steps in the profession.

What matters is a love of aviation and a desire to be part of the community. Members' families are welcome at our in-person events, too.

What we want to build

  • A place for professional conversation and sharing experience
  • Mutual support and mentoring
  • Meetups and events
  • Education and outreach projects
  • New connections, friendships and professional relationships

Where we are now

Our community is just getting started. We have regular online meetings and a team of volunteers. Our first in-person gathering took place in Dania Beach on September 22, 2026.

Built by people

There is no company or commercial organization behind the project. Volunteers build everything. An idea, a piece of advice or help with a small task can make a real difference.

Share an idea or offer help

Our principles

Respect, mutual support, professional ethics and kindness. No politics, intrusive advertising or commercial pressure. We want everyone to feel comfortable here.
