Who manages your data
For questions about the RSA website and profile data, contact the website administration at info@rsaviators.net. This policy applies to rsaviators.net. Community participation is voluntary.
What is published
The map displays your first name, city or region, role, description, selected public contacts and supplied photo. Your last name is published only with separate consent. We do not ask for your home address, identity documents or licence numbers.
Your private organizer-contact email, withheld last name, referral answers and consent records are not published. Visitors and search engines can view and copy public information.
How information is used
We use submissions to introduce participants, review profiles before publication and keep them current. Your private email may receive profile-related service messages and a reminder every six months. This is not a marketing subscription. You can opt out of reminders by replying.
Experience and qualifications are self-reported. A profile or instructor label does not replace verification of licences, qualifications or permission to teach. Participants must have permission to authorize publication of their photos.
Services and access
Forms are processed in Jotform, email in Google Workspace, and the website and automation use OpenAI / ChatGPT Sites and hosting infrastructure. Authorized organizers and automation tools, including AI, process data to maintain the community. Providers may process data in the United States and other countries under their terms. RSA does not sell participant data.
Retention and your requests
We retain data while needed for participation and profile administration. You may request a copy, correction, deletion or removal from public view, or withdraw consent. Write from the email supplied privately to organizers. If unavailable, we will agree on minimal additional verification. We aim to respond and act within 30 days, and explain any delay.
Removal from the site does not remove copies previously made by third parties. Provider backups and history may remain until their retention periods expire. If some data must be retained for security or other obligations, we will explain why and restrict its use.
Browser preferences
The reviewed website code contains no advertising trackers or geolocation requests. If you switch between light and dark themes, your browser remembers the choice on this device. The button below clears that preference and restores the device theme. Hosting services may keep technical logs; external websites and Jotform apply their own policies when you visit them.
